Promoting ecological conservation is a crucial mission of KFBG, and we believe that both the school and students are essential guardians of the environment. We extend a warm invitation to engage in an exclusive project jointly organised by KFBG and the school. In this project, we will sow the seeds of the Dutchman’s Pipe (Aristolochia tagala), a locally protected species on the campus. This will not only cultivate a suitable environment for the Golden Birdwing and Common Birdwing, the only two insects in Hong Kong safeguarded under Cap. 586 Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance, but will also offer a precious opportunity to marvel at the mystical symbiosis between flora and fauna.
